The Friends of the Divine Mercy Foundation (FDMF) is a non-stock, non-profit corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Friends of the Divine Mercy Missionaries Foundation, Inc. on September 1, 2021. It was established by members of the Friends of the Divine Mercy Missionaries, a Catholic charismatic community propagating the Divine Mercy devotion, with the aim to carry out corporal and spiritual works of mercy to people experiencing both material and spiritual poverty.

The Foundation will build and run Healing Sanctuaries in key locations in the Philippines, as well as abroad, to dispense of the projects under its different programs for the poor.
