The Friends of the Divine Mercy Foundation will reside in what is called “Sanctuaries of Healing and Mercy.” These are one-stop places for help, refuge, rest, worship and healing both physically and spiritually. The Healing Sanctuaries will be the nerve center for the propagation of the Divine Mercy devotion, and the hub of operations for the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.

The “Project 50K” has been unveiled as the first and key step in building Healing Sanctuaries.  It aims to acquire at least 50,000 square meters or five (5) hectares of land where the first Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy will be located and will be built and where the Works of Mercy programs will be undertaken with the mission to serve the corporal and spiritual needs of the poorest of the poor.

The “Project 50K” targets to call in and enjoin the Divine Mercy propagators and devotees to be part in building the first Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy through offering and contributing a minimum of 1 square meter for one thousand pesos (P1,000).  The “Project 50K” aims to raise a total of P50 million in three (3) years.  This seems impossible but with God and if this is God’s will, nothing will be impossible.

In Exodus 25-27;30, through the prophet Moses, the Lord commanded the children of Israel to build a tabernacle that would be a sanctuary where the Lord could dwell among His people.  There would be closeness with the Lord in a place they would feel at home.  Similarly, the Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy will welcome everyone in need of the Lord. It will be a place where everyone will feel the presence of the Lord and feel safe, satisfied and healed.

The first phase of the project aims to:

1. Raise and look for donors and benefactors who can be partners with the Foundation.
2. Pray and search for the location where the Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy will be built.
3. Plan and complete the blueprint of the Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy.

The second phase will cover the implementation plan, construction and building of the Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy.

The third phase will be the start of the Sanctuary of Healing and Mercy operations.
